1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns only if the product is in the same condition as received. Returned items must be:

  • Unwashed and unused
  • With all original tags intact
  • In the original packaging

2. Timeframe for Returns

Customers must request a return within 2 days of receiving the product. Unfortunately, return requests made after this period cannot be accepted.

4. Returns for Incorrect Size (Customer’s Choice)

If you ordered the wrong size or measurement, you may still return the product. In this case, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost:

  • Within Dhaka: 50 BDT
  • Outside Dhaka: 100 BDT

5. Returns for Incorrect or Defective Products (Our Mistake)

We accept returns without any return fee if:

  • You received the wrong product
  • The product is defective or damaged
  • The mistake was made by Zs Clothing Mart

6. Returns Due to Customer’s Mistake

If the return is due to a customer’s mistake (wrong product selection, size choice, etc.), the customer must bear the return fee:

  • Within Dhaka: 50 BDT
  • Outside Dhaka: 100 BDT

7. Wrong Address Return Policy

  • If you need to correct or change your delivery address, please notify us within 12 hours of placing the order.
  • Address changes requested after 12 hours may result in additional return or delivery charges.

8. Condition of Returned Products

To ensure successful processing of your return, the product must be:

  • In brand-new condition
  • With all labels, tags, and bill/receipt intact

Failure to meet these conditions may result in rejection of the return request.
